4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property
Content you create using our tools remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our services. Our platform, branding, and technology remain our exclusive property.
7. Limitation of Liability
theStacc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
